That is why, it’s important to know oneself and carefully consider the causes of stress. The key is to develop an awareness of how one interprets, and reacts to, circumstances. This awareness will help one develop coping techniques for managing stress. This paper focuses on both the theoretical aspects and practical methods to manage stress. This is an ability enhancing course.
